So you can simply install the latest one.

I found that FP4 installed really slowly - nearly 40 minutes on one of my servers. Apparently it's a known issue, so you may want to build extra time into your upgrade window. The FP did install, but it requires patience. Search the forum for "FP4 slow"

I assume you should be able to download 8.5.2 from the US site. The Ireland workaround was only needed during the first few days of the release, IIRC.
